A Farm Fresh Gourmet Breakfast
Our bed and breakfast is located on our three acre farm, we have pigs and goats and chickens. We use our eggs and goat's milk in many of our breakfasts items. We offer freshly made yogurt as well as local fruit and homemade granola as a delightful accompaniment to our main course. Our menu is changing frequently, with the seasons as well as where our curiosity takes us. We love to try new recipes as well as repeat classics with a seasonal twist. We grow some fruits as well as many vegetables and herbs. Below are some current dishes being served now, but keep your eyes open, something new is always right around the corner...
Eggs Benedict. Fresh English Muffins made with our homemade goats yogurt is just the base of this mouthwatering classic. Layered with a goats cheese, ham, carmalized onions and sauteed spinach with a touch of garlic. Holandase sauce, a bit of red pepper flakes and garden fresh basil is the final touch.
Six minute, farm fresh eggs on top of avocado toast with roasted red peppers and our homegrown tomatoes and cilantro. Delicious!
A basic french crepe recipe filled with our homemade goat ricotta and topped with a local blueberry syrup as well as farm fresh blueberries and whipped cream! Yum!
